This fresh apple cake recipe is the perfect fall treat! It’s moist, tender, and filled with cinnamon-spiced chunks of apple.

Ingredients
1 Cup Oil
1 ¾ Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
3-4 Red Apples, thinly sliced and peeled
Powdered sugar

Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13×9-inch cake pan with baking spray.
In large bowl, beat oil, sugar and eggs with mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Fold in sliced apples. Pour into pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.
Top with powder sugar, sprinkled.
Serve warm with ice cream or enjoy cold the next day!
