Boca Raton, FL, August 5, 2016 – An unannounced relicensure survey was conducted by the State of Florida Agency for Health
Care Administration (AHCA) on July 28, 2016, at Allegiance Home Health Inc.AHCA states, “The provider had no deficiencies
found at the time of the visit.”
Unannounced Relicensure and Recertification surveys are conducted by AHCA Field Officers to ensure licensed home health agencies such as Allegiance are complying with State of Florida regulations.Administrative policies and procedures were also reviewed to assure expected standards of practice are being followed during the delivery of home care services.
Arlene Mayo-Davis, State of Florida (AHCA) Field Office Manager writes, “On July28, 2016, a Relicensure survey was conducted in your facility by a representative from this office. Attached is the provider’s copy, which indicates no discernible deficiencies noted on the date of the survey.”
