Ingredients:

• 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat or low-fat)
• 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional for extra protein)
• 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 1/4 cup almonds, chopped (optional for added crunch)
• Parchment paper

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:
• In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and protein powder (if using).
• Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

2. Line a Baking Sheet:
